These terms apply to this website and to connecting your Amazon account to Dracula Media SRL ("we", "us"). Our client services are governed by the written agreement we sign with each client. If that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

Using this website

You can use this website to learn about our services and contact us. Don't try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to it.

Connecting your Amazon account

• You connect your account by approving our application inside Amazon Seller Central. Only the account owner, or someone with the right to approve applications, should do this.
• By connecting, you allow us to access your account data and take the actions described in our agreement with you, using only the permissions you approved.
• We make changes to your listings or prices only when you have agreed to them.
• You can remove our access at any time from Seller Central. Access also ends when our agreement ends.
• We follow Amazon's policies for developers, including its Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy. How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy.

No guaranteed results

Amazon performance depends on many things outside our control, including Amazon's own systems, competitors and demand. We don't guarantee specific sales, rankings or advertising results.

Intellectual property

The content of this website belongs to Dracula Media SRL. Ownership of work we deliver to clients is set out in each client agreement.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Limits on our liability for client services are set out in each client agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes go to the competent courts in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, unless a client agreement says otherwise.
