Last updated: 3 October 2026

This policy explains what information Dracula Media SRL ("we", "us") collects, why, how we protect it and what rights you have. It covers this website and the services we provide to Amazon sellers.

Who we are

Dracula Media SRL, 4 Pavel Roșca Street, Cluj-Napoca, Romania, EUID ROONRC.J2024000945123. We are the data controller for the information described here. Contact: alex@draculamedia.com.

This website

This website does not use cookies, analytics or tracking. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and request time) for security and operation.

Information from our clients

When you work with us, we collect the business contact details you give us (name, email, phone, company details) to deliver our services, send invoices and communicate with you.

Amazon information

With your permission, we connect to your Amazon Seller Central account through Amazon's Selling Partner API. You approve this connection inside Amazon. We never ask for your Amazon password.

We use this connection to read business data about your account, such as sales and orders, inventory, listings, account health, fees and search reports, and to make listing or pricing changes you have agreed to. We use it only to provide our services to you.

We do not request Amazon customers' personal information (such as names, addresses or phone numbers). If any reaches us by mistake, we delete it.

We never sell Amazon information, never use it for advertising outside your account, and never combine one client's data with another's.

How we protect information

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run our business. They process information only on our instructions:

How long we keep information

We keep Amazon information only as long as we need it to provide our services. When our engagement ends or you remove our access, we delete stored Amazon information and the access keys within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it. Invoices and contracts are kept as long as Romanian accounting law requires.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent. You can remove our Amazon access at any time from Seller Central. To use any of these rights, email alex@draculamedia.com. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority (ANSPDCP).

International transfers

Some of our providers are based outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards the GDPR allows, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Changes

We'll update the date at the top when this policy changes. Clients get notice of material changes by email.
